Warranty : One year.
If there is quality issue, it would be much appreciated if you can offer below information :
(1) Tell us the production number which is showed on our A/C compressor body.
(2) Offer clear photos which show the problem or fault location.
(3) Describe the quality problem or fault in detail.
Once we confirm the quality issue, we will request the buyer to collect the warranty products and pay local fees to send to nearest port, then we will take over the related shipment fees and ship them back to China, then replace the same item products to the buyer within next order. If we cannot offer the same item products, the buyer can choose other equivalent products or we issue a credit note.
