Warranty Period:

We offer a one-year warranty for all compressors. The warranty starts from the shipping date marked

on the compressor body.

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty applies only to direct buyers. Any resale-related warranty is the responsibility of the buyer.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

- Man-made damage

- Natural disasters

- Incorrect usage

- The product is not made by ALISHAN

- The product is disassembled, missing parts, or cannot be tested

- Compressor failure caused by system overheating due to other A/C component issues, such as a blocked condenser, fan malfunction, or abnormal system pressure

Claim Time Limit:

Warranty claims must be submitted within 45 days after the issue is found. Late claims will not be accepted.

Claim Process:

Please provide:

- Compressor model and production date

- Description of the problem

- Clear photo or video showing the damaged area (blurry or unrelated images will not be accepted)

If we confirm it's a quality problem, we will choose one of the following solutions:

1. For simple issues → Send parts for self-repair

2. For small quantity issues → Send replacement in your next order

3. For unclear issues or larger quantities → Request product return for inspection

If the same model is not available, we will offer a similar product or issue a refund / credit note.
